Caixa aumenta juros para financiamento imobiliário

A Caixa elevou os juros do financiamento imobiliário com recursos da poupança no início deste ano. Desde o dia 2 de janeiro, a taxa cobrada subiu de um a dois pontos percentuais, a depender da modalidade.

 

Para operações enquadradas no Sistema Financeiro de Habitação, que financia imóveis de até R$ 1,5 milhão, a taxa cobrada considera a Taxa de Referencial (TR) acrescida de 10,99% a 11,49% ao ano, para operações enquadradas no SFH. No Sistema de Financiamento Imobiliário (SFI), para imóveis acima de R$ 1,5 milhão, os juros agora são de TR acrescida de 11,87% a 12% ao ano. Até dezembro, a variação começava em TR + 8,99% e ia até TR + 9,99%, a depender se a operação estava enquadrada no SFH ou no SFI.

 

Já na linha de crédito Poupança Caixa, a taxa praticada considerava a remuneração da poupança acrescida de 3,10% a 3,99% ao ano e passam a ter acréscimo de 4,12% a 5,06%.

 

A mudança ocorre em meio ao aperto da taxa Selic, os juros básicos da economia brasileira, e da seca na caderneta de poupança, fonte de recursos mais barata para a concessão de empréstimos imobiliários. A Caixa é líder no mercado de crédito habitacional.

 

Em nota, a Caixa disse que “a definição das taxas de juros do banco se baseia na análise da associação de fatores mercadológicos e conjunturais, dentro das regras prudenciais de definição das condições do crédito”. *Com informações do O Globo
